NIGERIA HAS MISSED ONE OF HER GREATEST FEMALE FOOTBALL TALENT EVER WITH THE PASSING ON OF IFEANYI STEPHNIE CHIEJINE.*

PRESS RELEASE.

*NIGERIA HAS MISS ONE OF HER GREATEST FOOTBALL TALENT WITH THE PASSING ON OF IFEANYI STEPHNIE CHIEJINE.*

As stakeholders in Football matters of our great country Nigeria, we received with very rude shock the untimely and rude passing on of one of Nigeria's greatest female football player late Ifeanyi Stephanie Chiejine.

With her demise, Nigeria has lost a great talent who did so much raising through a humble career by contributing to home sides she played for which to the best of our knowledge include, The Flying Babes FC, Pelican Stars, FCT Queens, Confluence Queens and Bayelsa Queens,
before registering her presence in international scene at the U.S.A, Finland, Russia and Kazakhstan.

The star and Pacy Forward, Ifeanyi Stephnie  Chiejine, who  won the Nigeria Women Premier League back to back with Bayelsa Queens (2006 & 2007), made history as the youngest player at the 1999 FIFA Women’s World Cup in the United State of America and among other accolades to her name, represented Nigeria at three different FIFA Women’s World Cup 1999, 2003 and 2007 and at the Olympic games twice in 2000 and 2008 and played professional football in Nigeria, U.S.A, Finland, Russia and Kazakhstan.

With this rude exit, Nigeria and indeed the world will miss her role to impact some more positive vibes in to female Football roaring for many of such in the country.

The Delta Queens Management do commiserate with the Chiejine's Family as well as her home and foreign past Clubs.

We love her but sure,  God loves her most  and needs her company more right now.
